A Different Level


Today, I hit with the usual Monday crowd.   Up the pace!  Gotta move!.  Did OK.  Serves were good considering no warm up before play.

Think I will enter other tennis related efforts.  Reading, watching, weights, stretching, eating, physio, chiro massage, purchases, internet (FYB, You tube, ITF) sites, and other off court activities.

Icing neck now.  Watching Clijsters work out on Wozxiacki and Del Potro verses Federer in Melbourne.

Food Avoid sweets,  Drink a lot of water.  Try not to mix carbohydrates and protein.  Always eat veggies.  Sleep as much as poosible.  8-9 hours per night

  • reach for the sky touch the ground 10x

  • laying down bent leg twist at hips 10x
  • laying down leg raise 10 x 2
Evening lower body  25 min
  • calf raise 10×2
  • leg extension 10×2
  • leg curls 10×2
  • leg press 10×2
  • leg raise 10×2
Evening upper body 25 min
  • lat press 10×2 3p
  • bench 10×2 70l
  • shoulder press  10×2 2p
  • pull down 10×2 3p
  • curls 2×22 preachers bench
  • straight arm pulldowns 10×2 3p
