Coached for two hours today.  Short court.  Demonstrated a flat serve then a spin and a slice.  Fed 150 volleys.  Explained the premise behind serving in doubles. Called lines, explained rules, coached, and encouraged.  No chair.  On my feet. 2/2693.25
