Today was a good day. Very hot. 26c. The serves went well as far a s learing goes. Today i worked on find my toss, It is a lot of work to get it in the right place. So many years without a toss. I have to get it all back but i a new way. Placing the chair, where does it sit whqat rotation works best. Boy my left butt cheek hurts from lean over to bounce the ball beforer the serve.
