Played on a new surface today. Indoors of course. It has been raining for a week. Hard to change gears from outdoor tennis to indoor. This is a new facility out at the university. The man at the counter said they are having trouble filling the courts.

I played well. 6-2 4-1. We started short court rally. Threw out a couple of dozen serves each. We played the eternal game of tug a war. And then fiinally started on sets.

Slower serves in the second set. High slow spins almost right on the line. Flat serves to the T and slice to the body.

NEED to play again soon.   I felt good.
