Ms I and I.  We gave it a try.  We started short court.  After a few minutes we were hitting well.  As usually they were longer rallies both hitting close to the centre of the court.  Propelling medium paced balls.  Nothing fancy, just hitting.  She warmed up her serves.  I did not as I had played Mr Y earlier.  We played.  I learnt.  The first set was 6-1.  The second was at 5-0 and then i though about forgetting the winners or anything special that I might crave.  I will just try to hit deep shots without any errors.  I lost the score went to 5-1.   I made errors.  I was learning. It was helping.

I think about how sometimes I inform people that it is not that they are winning it is that I am losing.  I realize that I might be trying to win when maybe the objective should be to let the other person loose.  I will try to use this new strategy over the next few sessions.
