A few dry hours makes the kids happy.

We started short court. I fed balls and they shot at targets. We moved into volleys. I fed and they had side line targets. We did three baskets as they were having great success on the volleys. We have been going for a few weeks now so I went to Winston’s request of teaching them slice shots. We worked a basket with just dropping the ball and trying to get the motion. Then we tried a basket from the baseline tying to shoot deep shots with backspin. Finally we went inside the service box working on short soft cross court slices. We finished up with a couple of baskets of serves.

Man it was cold.
