There are certain restrictions when retraining a older body. I have had a little bit of sick time. It went on for too long because of my ambition for my pursuit of happiness. Well now I am getting back into it after about three weeks off. I have played for a few hours and it is coming along well.; Today I tweaked my back piking up a ball. Kept on playing. I have lived that tweak one too many times when I was not in shape. I know I have to work through it. I could or can lay down for a number of days. But then the rehab is a bitch. I find you have to get up to take another swing at this point. Heat, ice, stretching, and exercise that is what will make it better quicker. But not too much. Hit with Dave all went well.
