I have been thinking about my lesson the other day.  Preparing to set my foot solidly on that first step.  I hit well today.  I had a GREAT  time.  My opponent commented on the sound of my hands on the tires. Wore them thin today but no blood. Thanks Dave.  I think I made you run today.
