Two pm in the afternoon family and a friend.  A low level hit.  I did not perform as well as last day.  We had fun though.   I forgot my glasses and cap, and the sun was high.  When serving the sun was a problem at both ends.  So with doubles we all had troubles.  Tom had not played for two years and had a few good hits.  Carla and Lisa both hit well but we all seemed to be at the same level today.  Near the end my ears became plugged my neck was not an issue as I did not push myself too hard.  Still and I am waiting for the freedom on court again.

I am going to have to get many more consecutive days in to develop the consistence I have misplaced over the last month if I want to be competative in the next tournament.
