Restretching the hunter

Crap! It is over six weeks since my accident.  I have gained range but still have pain when I am there.  The left, right rotation are still pretty good.  Pain is at the end of each slow twist.  The tilt to the left and right are still not there I was sure they would be by now.  I find that is the most difficult motion at this time.

Yesterday was a day that seemed to not have a lot involved but somehow waking up at five and getting out of bed at six thirty was just the beginning.  The day continued until ten in the evening allowing me a ten minute break at two thirty.  WOW!  Go go go.  Life keeps us busy.  Make breakfast prepare paint for my girls Lisa and Carla. Off to tennis, hit for one hour.  No time to go home now.  A quick lunch at Shamrock Alley with Dave Hart and Kaitlin our exceptional server.  Over to North Vancouver for another eye exam.   Along the highway home to shower before massage.  An excellent active massage with Magdelin.  Down the stairs to see Thomas for Physio.  Those guys at Performax are great.  Out the door and off to shop for supper.  Stop buy the Relax the Back store to pick up a back roller.  They are closed.  No wait there is someone in there.  Ford opens the door and helps me out.  Off to Dueck’s to deal with some new vehicle issues.  People at Dueck’s are great too.  Pick up groceries at extra foods.  Arrive home at seven thirty in the evening to start supper.  Ten o’clock in bed… body shaking from exhaustion… the day is done.  Tomorrow is supposed to be an easy day time to sleep until the cat wants breakfast at sun up.

Talk to Magdelin and Thomas.  Both assured me I am doing the right stuff.  Magdelin wants me to hold my stretches longer.  Thomas agreed.  He gave me two new exercises to add to the rehab.  I will push it harder.

Tennis was good.  Could have been better.

Thank you the day, my health, friends, family and the world lord.
