QE doubles.  Nice people.  Warmed up loose but when I started to play the match I could feel my hand tighten.  Signup for fall tennis courses was today.  DID IT!  My neck is tired.  Today is the first day since the accident I could turn it all way and see over my shoulders.  It was nice to see again.  But I did not overdue it.  My neck is tired now.  I will apply heat take a shower and head off to bed.  I don’t think it is long until I can stay loose and bring on the power in matches.  Three year to go to meet my goal.
