Today’s focus was to get every ball on one bounce and to give a hard return deep.  Many balls were long and wide.  Only a few were returned after two bounces.  It was a lot of work but worth it. After each shot I tried to return to the base line and recover to the correct position for the next shot.  My rally partner got a few by me but also hit the net on a few.
