Hit with Mr Hart today.  Stellar.  He hits hard.

I felt like a slug.  Fat, no speed. tired out of breath.  Feels like hitting at Christmas time.  The slow rubber surface at UBC does not like wheelchairs especially with only about 60 lbs of  pressure in each tire. 

It was worth it and it was enjoyable in the end.
