Well it cleared up.  My first workout had to be cancelled because of the rain.  It was cloudy and dry in my front yard and raining in the back.

I have fixed the chair again and hopefully it will track properly.  the new part has not yet been approved by medical.  Hopefully that will work out.  They have paid for repairs in the past so likely it will.
