Played a worthy opponent yesterday in a league match.

I prepped properly.  I finally understand that part of the game.  I am sure I can improve on it a bit though.

Playing on uneven courts with a slope of almost a 8 inches from end to end is challenging in a wheelchair. The net was not only missing its hold down strap making it six inches higher in the centre but its cable had been tightened as tight as the skin on a snare drum. This affects all shots and serves. It was the only court missing its strap and the only one that tight. Crazy how maintenance only messed up on one net. Well it didn’t kill me so I must be stronger now.

I should have done much better.  That is all I can say.

I was proud of one shot.  I played a couple of points well. No aces.

16 63 and 9-11 in the tie-break.
