A good lesson. Thanks Jason… lots of sweat. New people in this group. Working on Speed and perception. Some of the drills were coincidentally exactly what I needed. A lot of Cross court play. Started to feel tired about one half hour into it. The feeling did not pass. Still not healthy yet. Sleep, work tennis.
Elbow worked well and no [pain was incurred. Wrist was a little tired but I know that will pass too.
