Saturday morning lessons

IMAG0578

You know by now that these lessons are pure punishment that is always rewarded with better play from me at the end.  I feel this may have been my best performance in this venue yet.  I have three places the balls end up during the lesson.  Behind me are the ones I missed.  Against he net are the ones I hit but did not make it over. At the far end of the court are the ones that made it over and may have been in or out.  The amount of balls is another indicator of how my performance was.  If the basket is close to empty that means that less balls were rallied.  The more balls in the basket = the more balls that stayed alive during our drills.  I have had some days when Shelley has had to pick balls up off of the court to continue the lesson.

Today was a good lesson not only in the strokes that were made but in the location of the balls at the end of it.
