A great lesson this morning.  I arrived early,  There were no mishaps. All went well and according to plan.  Trying to focus on perception and movement.  Over ran many balls.  But more than that were successful.  watching my opponent (coach) and the ball was successful but no where near where I would like it to be.  Basket was over half full at the end with about 25 balls behind me.
