A new class has begun.  Jason is not instructing us this time.  He is in a play.  Our new coach is Aneesa.  All the usual suspects are there.  Heather, Pedro, Margo, Andrea and myself.  We have a new partner in crime named Kat.  All went well.  My goal for the next ten weeks is POWER, PACE and POSITION.
