Played at Van Tech today.  Hits were hard and heavy.  My arm grew tired quickly.  Placement was off. Definitely back to were I was over a year ago (beside the tired arm).  I want to move on but there are too many life interruptions.  I really hope that it is now that I can make my planned training come true for this summer. 1-6
