Summer vacation is almost over. It is often hard to meet my playing goals. I had hoped to get in about 20 hours per week over the summer. It is a lucky thing that summer started early this year because it allowed me more time to develop new tennis relationships and commitments. This is a time for change again and averaging about 10 hours a week since mid June will hopefully be suffice to launch me on the next level of performance challenges. 2015 should be a big year for me in tennis. I will now try to change my training program when the sun disappears with the coming of fall in Vancouver. I hope to play ten hours a week while I am back at work. But after the free courts are gone I will reduce to about three indoor sessions a week. Filling my time with the other elements of training.
Today was serves and points. Thanks Dave.
