This slow down is nice. But I can barely wait to ramp it up again in a few weeks. My belly is getting big and I have to let some of my pants rest until I play more. My food intake is the same but the activity is down. I am stretching and weight lifting most days but it is not the same.
A great hit today much better than last week. All my objectives were met today. Ye ha!
