Started the week with Bob.  A new set of classes.  Enjoyable and beneficial as usual.  Working hard on my focus doing pretty good.

Too tired doubles.  Worked on the point of focus.  It was enjoyable but work is messing up my free time.  Love my job!

A very successful practise today.  After yesterday’s energy level anything could have been better but today was exceptional.  A sign that I can do it.  THANKS!!!
