Dave and I rallied.  Working on the grip and timing.  Down the center and cross court.  My arm is very tired.

Bob and the gang in clinic class.  Not getting under my forehand enough.  Must set up better for the ball.  Thanks!  Great doubles play.

Dave, Louis, Patrick and I.  Up down doubles.  Very tight match. Skill levels.  The further in the match the more I noticed.  Recognizing my mistake.  Unable to correct it.  Unable to change it out. Watching it in my hand two feet from my face but not knowing how to correct it.  Working with it.  Playing my best.

During warm up Louis said.  Wow your have gotten better.  But as soon as the match started…

Shelley and I.  Horrible warm up.  Backhand was in tune forehand didn’t come with me in the truck.  Started running through drills.  Still erratic.  No backhand.  Misgripping both hands over and over.  Trying my hardest to get it right.  Then all of a sudden.  “That was incredible.  That was the best ever.”  I rolled towards the net.  Best every?  I questioned.  Best ever today?  Best ever Ever?”  She shrugged her shoulder threw both hands to the side (racket included) “Best today and best ever Ever.”  she said.  We talked for a moment about the point and the level stayed with me for the next few minutes.  Wow I am starting to see it.  That was an interesting moment of excellence.

Thanks
