A wicked flu. Taking me down for two weeks. After that two days off to ensure that I am healthy. Now a slow entry back to hitting. I know changes will happen. I expected to see the change in the acceleration. The new recovery hub worked well. I like it. But the weeks are still lost time. Last night of club training. Will be off of it until the fall. I have only a few weeks before Texas.
