First day. I did not observe anything. I just felt pain. My left thigh was in pain when I left the court. It’s been a long time since I strapped in. Trying ti figure out what I was doing eight years ago.
Second day. I realized where I want to hit the ball. I seem to be a lot better at catching the ball on a bad toss or any degree. I was not swinging at the almost good toss like I used to
Third day. I remembered how to align my body for the sserve. The direction I must face in order to get the ball where I want it to go.
Fourth day. It felt good lean over to bounce the ball. I used to do it this way. Feeling it in my core, butt, and left side.
These are what I need to serve well. I am aiming for 70% First serve. 100% Second serve.
