Hit for half an hour yesterday against the wall. Could not hit anything with my left hand. The right worked well. Have had about a month off. I have been working on projects that interfere with my tennis in order to get them out of the way. I am back at work after a vacation and now will begin to hit again.
I am building a weight room as it is difficult to use the rec room which is used by other people. equipment is in separate rooms and not easy to access. ,5 hrs 2540
