Re-Re-Starting with a fresh outlook.

Objective:  To prepare for the 2016 summer games in Rio de Janeiro.

I estimate hours of practice from 1986-1989 and 2004-2011 to be close to 2500 hours of on court hitting time.  This did not include watching, coaching, or on the side training (reading, sport psychology, visualizing, or just dreaming).

So once again I begin training but I am more serious than ever.  I realize that the most important thing is practice from what I have read and nothing more than muscle memory and a clear head are some of the best weapons you can have in this sport.  It appears that the number of hours one must put in to achieve excellence is 10,000 hours.  I will accept my starting number as 2,500 and try to achieve another 7,500 hours of practice over the next five years  The final goal A GOLD MEDAL for myself and the people that support my entry into the games.

This morning I hit for one hour against the wall. 1 hr  2502.5
