Hit tonight with Ms I.  I did not know what to expect as I had not seen her hit before.  I was impressed.  She is the first opponent ever to hold twenty+ ball rallies with me in years.  I have found for some reason most competitive people are not consistent enough on warm up.  Especially before matches.  I have also found that the higher the rank of the player usually the less cooperative they are during pre-match warm up with someone of my level.  When I have entered open division tournament I would say it is a 50/50 as to weather they will cooperatively warm me up.
