Just took ten days off. It felt good to be back in court again today. Played well. Still trying to be successful with the Eastern grip. It is coming back.
Changed it all up. New court focus and time. Eight to ten hours a week now. Broke down Power and strength exercises into groups to allow for flexibility in life. There are now four groups. Medicine ball 20 min, Wheelchair 30 min, Weights 15 min, AB/Core 20 min to fill four hours of power and strength weekly.
