Ozzie doubles. Harold, Dave and I.
Last day of lessons. 2.5 – 3.0 Clinic at UBC was a smashing success. Bob is a great coach. The technical knowledge that he shares is second to none. Good luck in Finland.
The wrap up. 3.5 – 4.0 ended today. THANKS!!!!!!!!!! All the best every one Jenny, Jennifer, Franko, Bob and Duck (Chris).
Rough day. Louis did a great job. I thought it was my shots but it was actually my set up. 2-6, 6-0, 6-2 Never really got it completely together. 😉 Game pressure. I just gotta do what I gotta do.
Ozzie. Tom, Dave, I. I slipped back into the Eastern grip in a few shots and they were unsuccessful. Felt the pressure but I see areas to work on. Hussle. A curt shot.
Okay this is how it went.
I decided to change tires. Did it. Aired up. Tube popped. Put another tube in.
I went for training. Did well at short court. Backed up to base line. Rallied a bit. I to Shelly my tube was going to blow. I rolled over to the bench but before I made it there. My tube blew. I went to my truck to replace it.
We began to warm up again and then we started training. My tube blew. But this time it was the other tire.
I packed up to go home.
On the way home I went to Walmart. Bought tubes. Went home. High pressure stems. Hmmm. Back to Walmart to return them.
Went to Canadian tire. Selection was poor. Had to by a smaller size. Bought two.
Went home. Forced the tube on the rim. Met Louis. Warmed him about the tubes.
We warmed up. I stuck to my focus 6-0, 6-0. No tubes blew. PHEW!
I must wait a little longer for the ball. When I can do that regularly I will be happy.
